GIFT CERTIFICATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Purchasing
Physical gift certificates can be purchased in-store, or via phone order for delivery. Online gift certificates can be purchased online and are sent via email. There is no cost for purchasing a gift voucher, and delivery is complimentary.
Redeeming
Either gift voucher option can be redeemed in-store or online.
Gift voucher must be surrendered (presented if part using) at time of redemption. No change is given, however you can use your gift voucher over many visits. Not redeemable for cash.
Registering the Gift Certificate
A name and phone number is required for the purchase or redemption of all gift certificates to ensure all gift certificates are valid.
Expiry
Note that are gift certificates do not expire.
Lost Gift Certificates
Lost or Stolen gift certificates cannot be honoured or replaced unless reported to Plant Essentials before it is redeemed. We must be able to trace the purchaser details to be able to do this.
Please subscribe to be in the know about what is going on at Plant Essentials. We send 1-2 emails per month. We do not post on social media anymore, so our newsletter, our community forum and this website are the only places to keep in touch. If you are currently a customer and haven't received an email recently, you are not subscribed.
